YS/P 450 Sugar powder mill reduces the sugar which forms the basis of the dough in products such as wafers, biscuits, chocolates down to 50 – 55 microns to render it readily dissolvable in the dough and better homogenized.
The operating principle of the oil consisting of a sugar receptacle, grinding head and body drum is, in summary;
- Pouring the sugar into the receptacle and transferring it into the grinding head with the aid of air
- Powdering the crystals by bursting them with the pins inside the grinding head
- Storing of the powder in the body drum and easy transfer with the spiral
- Mill body is formed from U iron
- The head is made of 496 units special quality material made with hammering system
